If the minimum number of participants is not complete 3 weeks before the start of your holiday you will be offered a suitable alternative date or rembursement of the total amount paid.
Should you cancel, you will not be reimbursed.We reserve the right, in situations beyond our control, to cancel any holiday without notice. In such case you will be reimbursed in total. Compensation cannot be paid.
Les "Ecuries de Bouau" carries "civil liability" insurance. We cannot be held responsible except where fault on our part is proven.
We advise all riders to take out a personnel accident holiday insurance.
